Each approximately 3.25″ wide by 3.5″ tall, not including the sturdy wire hanger. All stamped ornaments, pins, and buttons, are flat backed.

CHOOSE: One of Two Styles:
Style 1:
NAME: Eight (8) letter MAXIMUM for top of jersey.
YEAR: Four (4) digit year, for bottom of jersey.
CLAY NUMBER: “00”
Style 2:
NO NAME / NO YEAR (Fill out the personalizing fields NAME (NA) or YEAR (0000) for this option, as indicated on form for blank.)
Personalizing will be replaced with words “HOUSE” for top line and “DIVIDED” for bottom line. (See examples.)
CLAY NUMBER: “00”
BOTH STYLES:
IMPORTANT: If you want a 1-2 digit clay number other than “00,” you must write it into the Order Notes or “00” will be used.
IMPORTANT: You must indicate two team names in the Personalizing field for reference.
As with all ornaments, personalizing is in a blackish brown patina. This is the only option available as shown.
***If you would like this to be a sleeveless jersey for sports such as basketball, please write in Personalizing field "no sleeves."
For each ornament, the personalizing field is mandatory. Any one (1) or ALL fields may be left unpersonalized; however, you must include "NA" if no personalizing is desired.
Year or Date Personalization* -- When stamping a DATE, zeroes will be omitted if it looks better for spacing on singular months or days. Ex. September 6, 2025, may be stamped 9•6•25.
