NAME: For Left Cuff: Five (5) letter/Number MAXIMUM. Perfect spot for a title abbreviation. Can be blank.
YEAR: For Top: Four (4) digit year | Date (MM•DD•YY) or | Blank.
CHOOSE: Bow Color: Christmas Red | Military Green | Black | Royal Blue or | Silver sheer wired ribbon.
CHOOSE: Cuff Connector Style: No Heart | Red Heart.
For each ornament, the personalizing field is mandatory. Any one (1) or ALL fields may be left unpersonalized; however, you must include "NA" if no personalizing is desired.
Year or Date Personalization* -- When stamping a DATE, zeroes will be omitted if it looks better for spacing on singular months or days. Ex. September 6, 2025, may be stamped 9•6•25.
